MEDIATION EXPERIENCE:
Since 1990, Mr. Condry has been actively involved in mediating civil disputes, primarily focusing on disputes involving tort and business litigation. He incorporated domestic mediation into his practice in 1996. Since 1990, he has mediated over 2500 civil cases. If requested, Mr. Condry can supply names of many lawyers in Missouri and Northwest Arkansas for whom he has conducted mediation sessions.
Mr. Condry served as Chair of the Missouri Bar Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee for years 1994-1995, 1995-1996, 1996-1997. He served in that capacity for the Springfield Metropolitan Bar ADR Committee 1993-1996, 1998.
In addition to the above, Mr. Condry also serves on Resolute's Panel and Pinnacle's Panel of Mediators.
Mr. Condry has conducted in excess of 2500 mediations in civil cases in the past 17 years.
Mr. Condry has been a speaker at numerous seminars on the subject of ADR and mediation. |
